Archetype, Inc. ("Archetype", "we", "us", or "our"), a Delaware corporation located in Dover, DE, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our facial measurement and analysis tool.
When you create an account, we collect: email address, profile name, and account timestamps (provided by Google Sign-In authentication).
We collect the facial photos that you stream or upload to the Service to perform morphologic classification. We also store calculated landmark vectors, analysis outputs (scores, ratios, and harmony metrics), and progress tracking charts associated with your account history.
By using the Service, you consent to the use of your data for model training and product improvement.
We use uploaded facial images, landmarks, and calculation metrics to internally train, test, and improve our machine learning models and landmark detection algorithms. Trained models incorporate patterns derived from aggregate data and are the exclusive property of Archetype, Inc.
Data deletion and model training: If you delete your account, we delete your personal data (email, name, scans list) from our active database. However, any models trained prior to your deletion will not be retrained or modified, as it is not technically feasible to remove the influence of individual data points from trained weights.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform:
We retain your account details and scan history for as long as your account exists. You can initiate account deletion at any time in the Settings page of your Dashboard, which permanently deletes all of your personal data, scans, and chat history within 30 days.
